Pros

The good with Pitney Bowes is great:Compensation and Benefits; what we came here for. Pitney Bowes has a good hiring process and does a great job of getting employees what they need- however, I believe that the company as a whole needs to grasp SOME market and take control. Many Pitney Bowes clients have no/diminishing use or value for our solutions..

Cons

NO continued training whatsoever, downhill revenue trend, old technology, and Pitney Bowes' comcast-esque customer service is pushing customers out of the door faster than we can get them in..

Pros

Great benefits decent base wage fun co workers fun atmosphere all around decent place to work overtime available nice kitchen and an on site clinic

Cons

Having us sell a product that takes time away from what we actually need to sell to hit our goal. Not acknowledging that fact and just saying figure out a way to do it all and oh yah we are raising your goal on top of that. I'm ok with high goals but at least give us a chance
