Pros
Relaxed work Environment: It is not too busy all the time. But at times it can make you loose your head. Fellow workers are very collegial.
Cons
They are in mailing business. Mail and businnes for mail is dropping, so they are struggling. Senior management is too greedy and incompetent. They take millions in bonuses while laying off jobs, cutting coffee, not paying for overtime, selling buildings, etc. General sentiment in the company is, It is a Titanic it had its days. But now it is sinking and the greedy management just as the one on titanic wants to make the most before it goes down. They have no capacity to rescue it.
