Pros

Some great and tallented technical staff in the CDLI function Had some great products such as the MapInfo brand

Cons

Several acquisitions and merges diluted the skills, knowledge and communication whilst increasing the number of products to hundreds! Some enormous egos and professional managers climbing the corporate ladder without adding value. Loosing key technical staff regularly.

Cons

I can't think of anything that was a stand-out con in my time there, however I may have preferred greater responsibility and development (however, understandable since summer is generally a slower period)
