Pros

Work life balance good for almost everyone out there. You may get great exposure to cutting edge technologies if you get lucky, but there are a few product lines which have given up innovation altogether so you may be equally unlucky if you get into any of those.

Cons

Sometimes you may feel cheated by higher management because of no transparency and favorism to a selected favorites. Salary revisions are also mostly dissatisfying.

Pros

Great place to get a start in sales, used to be great training (not so sure anymore), great rep in industry

Cons

management seemed to have no clear direction on where the future of the company was going and seemed to role out a new product every quarter to see what would "stick"...very few did..

Pros

Generous base salary, freedom to work near an office (on east coast).

Cons

No direction, no help from resources (all waiting to retire) and no marketing plan at all. Everyone thinks this is the mailing machine LOB even after they have been a software hub for more than 10 years.
