      Pros

      Pitney Bowes has a firm foundation and has been in business over 100 years. Forward thinking from the top down makes it a great place to thrive in your career.

      Cons

      As with any company there are a few areas Pitney Bowes needs to shore up. Scaling to become a top tier carrier has it individual challenges but the leadership team is navigating it very well.

      Pros

      Laid back, decent benefits and pay, and professional and respectful employees throughout the company, at least the departments I interact with.

      Cons

      It can be good and bad but the work is not very challenging despite terrible communication, lack of standard processes, and overall inefficiency. There doesn't ever seem to be a sense of urgency regardless of the problem or what it pertains to. Most of the inefficiency's are very simple to correct yet never addressed for some reason. That said, it's low stress, easy money, good benny's, decent work/life balance, and good co-workers.
