      Pros

      It's a stable (for the most part) and solid place to work. There are some very good people. I am well compensated for the work I do.

      Cons

      The work is not that challenging and there is little opportunity for advancement. There is little cross-training and a serious lack of communication between departments. This is a white-male-dominated company and it is difficult for females (and minorities, for that matter) to get ahead.

      Pros

      Great resources for management classes, travel, books, etc. Indoor parking on-site Cafeteria salad bar is a great value

      Cons

      Direct mail volumes have steadily declined... so postage meters aren't the hottest ticket item anymore PB takes forever to integrate its acquisitions LOBs exist in completely separate silos

      Pros

      There is a wide open road in front of the company and they are doing a great job of tactically planning for changes and development across business units. This will better position the company for future growth. Pay is competitive and benefits are nice.

      Cons

      Large corporate structure leads to lack of communication and silos operating without buy-in from others. Global regions also have difficulty working in tandem.
