Pros

- A good rep can make decent money, comp plan isn't bad - Close to the airport so you can watch the pretty planes go by

Cons

- Even senior reps are micromanaged to death. These are better reps than management have or ever will be, if they just show an iota of trust - Basic law of sales doesn't apply... if you hit your forecast you're always safe. I saw the top rep in the country get canned because of a quasi offensive/joking remark in an email.

Pros

Good benefits package and great way to get a stepping stone to a better sales career.

Cons

promotions seem more based on who you know not what you know. Unless you are in sales upward mobility is stagnant. Not alot of respect for employees.
