Pros

Management on all levels seem fair and reasonable, most employees seem to agree. Supervisors in CS are kind and supportive. Coworkers and (most) terminal staff appear more professional than peers at related carriers. Benefits are great. This is a WFH position, company supplied all the equipment. Company genuinely seems employee-centric.

Cons

Work can get a bit tedious at times.
