      Great company, Great Leaders, Made me feel like I was part of the Family not just a number, Great pay and Awesome Benefits, The maintenance Director, the Fleet Managers, and all of the maintenance suprevision staff are truly the best I have ever had the honor to work with, Denny, Keith, Larry, Bert, Kevin, the Breakdown team thanks for taking the time to help me and accept this former outsider and make me feel like I was part of the Family,

      You get to work from home after months of training.

      Cons

      They lie and are thieves. The worst company I have ever worked for. They tell you that you can make as much money as you can just to get you in the door. They were hindering my progress because I was making to much. And they take money off you for errors.

      Pros

      PITT OHIO rewards hard work and is a loyal employer to its loyal employees. It has a strong rating as 'top workplaces' to work for. The management team has an open door policy and generally embrace feedback and opportunities to learn and grow. The owner is very approachable and genuinely cares about his employees. If you work hard and show effort and commitment then plenty of chances for promotion exist. It is also profitable and continues to grow and expand meaning it is likely to be a good place to retire eventually.

      Cons

      It is almost impossible to be fired from PITT OHIO, which you might think is a good thing, but it means a few people have been with PITT OHIO forever despite being very difficult to work with, or generally being unprofessional. Compensation at PITT OHIO is on par or slightly less than its competition, but they make up for it with good benefits and flexible work schedules.
