      Excellent company if your going to drive a truck. Cadillac health care at no cost to employee. Very competitive pay. Excellent vacation policy.

      Cons

      Tough on a new driver climbing the seniority ladder. No overtime for 3 years for hourly drivers. Not everyone is necessarily treated equal.
