Health benefits are great, vacation as well. free parking in Pittsburgh

Cons

The work load is heavy. you will take 60-80 calls a day and manage email requests, while being on the phone at the same time. there is always a catch. Environment is polite. if you worked as a csr in the trucking industry before, their systems will be an upgrade. If not, then it will be a confusing mess to you when you start out.

Newer guys dont get to drive forklifts as often as they should. Horrible equipment, hard to find a good jack or motor. Extreme weather.
