There is no opportunity to control the product you sell and service. Customers are emotionally driven and your paycheck is decided as such. Hourly wage that is awful. You make all your money in commission, but there is a 6 month period where you don’t receive any at all. It’s difficult to budget when you don’t know what your goal is until after you sell it. Major issues. Have gone 10-12 months at times without direct leadership, seems as though no one wanted to address it.
