Pros

There are a lot of pros to working in the front office of an MLB team. Fun atmosphere, come to best ballpark in America as your office, and decent perks.

Cons

There not many cons. Sometimes it's hard to advance upward or see big pay bumps.

Pros

The other workers were really nice and you can watch the games while you are working, even though you aren't supposed to technically.

Cons

Scheduling of games is given to senior employees and then offered down a list if they don't want to work so when you first start there are limited games. Once they got to August they made all but 4 ushers leave at 9:30 so they could save money.
