Pros

While I was employed they took great care of me. I truly considered this my dream job and was so happy to work for them.

Cons

They decided they didn't want 3/4 of the employees and did massive layoffs in order to save money. Honestly, I'm glad I dodged a bullet because the stress of keeping the current content schedule will likely destroy all those that are still remaining.

Pros

Every manager I had here was interested in helping me become a better engineer overall. The people were great.

Cons

Decisions made a long the way for upcoming projects did not align and were miscommunicated with causing the downfall of the company.

Too good to last

Pros

Really strong work culture within my team, and it was pretty clear that was company-wide. I had a lot of mentorship while also being able to fully own several features.

Cons

Somewhere up the chain, there weren't the best business decisions made, and suddenly a lot of staff was gone, myself included. Also, for a company that was largely female, the engineering department was not particularly diverse. We had every color of middle-aged white man you could think of and like, maybe 10% of the engineering team didn't fit that description in some way.
