Business Outlook
Pros
Really strong work culture within my team, and it was pretty clear that was company-wide. I had a lot of mentorship while also being able to fully own several features.
Cons
Somewhere up the chain, there weren't the best business decisions made, and suddenly a lot of staff was gone, myself included. Also, for a company that was largely female, the engineering department was not particularly diverse. We had every color of middle-aged white man you could think of and like, maybe 10% of the engineering team didn't fit that description in some way.
