You need to work 24/7 for a minimum amount of salary. No work life balance. No appericiations. They only work to maximise your burden that you cannot even sleep properly.
Great work environment. Great benefits and competitive salary package. Will work with a great team of designers and developers. Don't have to commute into Boston. Remote Fridays. Ample snacks and coffee.
Cons
Not really a con, but it can be chaotic at times. That comes with the territory of a creative agency setting. Not for everyone.
