Pros

The food, the environment, the style of the office space, and the ability to make of it what you will.

Cons

Sometimes it is too relaxed and you have to push people to move in the right direction. Not everyone communicates well.

Lots of missed opportunities

Pros

Great benefits, nice and intelligent co-workers, chance to work with great technologies

Cons

Uninspiring management that consistently missed opportunities to create a product and/or service, and put in place equally mediocre leaders in engineering and data science. The results are disastrous. Except the giant, and expensive, staircase that connects two floors they have nothing to show, but just work as consultants from a project to project. It seems that the management was hoping to just create an image of a successful analytics startup, and make a quick sell. This tuned to be a pipe dream, and now they are burning cache , which is mostly going towards the super expensive Bryant park lease. The latest, and surprising, round of financing would give them a year maybe two, but with this course their days are numbered. Unsurprisingly they promoted a fraternity culture where it was next to impossible to contribute with new ideas, or help with existing projects.
