Pros
The technology challenges are exciting and motivating. There is a lot of opportunity in the organization for advancement. Solid financials with the focus being on growing the company and not on a quick exit. They take good care of the staff, providing food and snacks in the office, and a comfortable and flexible work environment. Most of the staff treats each other with respect. In a company this size, everyone's contribution matters. The staff really seems to genuinely enjoy being there.
Cons
It is hard work at times, as with any rapidly growing company there is much to do. Sometimes the free salads run out before everyone can get one! Long product cycles, especially on the enterprise side of the business.
