The company seems stable. The company should continue to grow. The people seem friendly. There have been no lay offs.

Cons

The pay is very bad. The pay is very uneven. There is little chance of growth even when you show your abilities. They need to employ some drones to do the data work.

Pros

I worked in the Bee Caves branch. The people here are awesome. My manager was incredible and really cared about the staff. It was laid back, but professional. The training is great.

Cons

Some of the customers are not friendly, but that is always the case with bank tellers. Goes with the job. Management at the bank always backs you up, unless you mess up big time. Follow procedure and do not make big mistakes and you will be fine.

Friendly environment, volunteer opportunities within the community, interaction with upper management

Cons

Human resources seems to drag with promotional opportunities. Internal applications are not given enough credit. I worked at PlainsCapital as a Teller while going to school--when I received my degree I applied for multiple positions, however, I was only contacted once I put in my notice to leave.
