Pros

I worked in the Bee Caves branch. The people here are awesome. My manager was incredible and really cared about the staff. It was laid back, but professional. The training is great.

Cons

Some of the customers are not friendly, but that is always the case with bank tellers. Goes with the job. Management at the bank always backs you up, unless you mess up big time. Follow procedure and do not make big mistakes and you will be fine.

Cons

Hours can be daunting, responsibilities grow significantly for those that do a good job. Staff at minimal levels so there is often more work than can be handled.
