The things that I can value are that they consider workers regarding absences, whether due to illness or important family members of the worker. Another point is that they give everyone the opportunity to be able to work overtime without selecting people.

Cons

It is my opinion that the packers should place the chargers for each computer since it is the final section to be packed.
