Pros

The ability to work remote is something that I value a lot because I am able to focus only on the work avoiding the daily issues like transportation and security, also we are always working on integrations with other platforms, and it keeps you learning and improving

Cons

I think PROI can improve in prioritization and estimation, we have a core value that is follow up and follow thru but it is difficult to follow when you are being move from project to project without giving you time to complete any project in a timely manner and I always find myself trying to complete the projects on my personal time to recover the time that Im being moved to other priorities

Being able to count on team members to do their job is extremely valuable. There may be times when things slip but we can call them and get the answers.

Cons

Many spreadsheets to find info. Lots of emails instead of calls or work flows.

I really enjoy the teammates we have here at PlanITROI. I appreciate all the high-level mentors we have available. I appreciate how much time we put to books and learning. Self-growth at PROI is priority and I apricate that. As I grow into a young leader, I apricate the next level of teammates now learning from me.

Cons

We need to invest in our systems to scale.
