Opportunity to discover your worth as a person Consistent Schedule for the most part Healthy Work-Life Balance/Flexible PTO Opportunity to grow your technical skills Someone who was coming out of college, it's definitely a good career starter, but that's it.

Cons

Unstable Company, and the pay is beyond atrocious. 15 dollars an hour to perform computer repairs, sometimes board-level, is criminal. This company had 2 layoffs within the past year and a furlough. they have also gone through two different Operations Directors in a year. No Sick Leave, and benefits themselves are too pricey to make it worth for most employees anyway. Management is very manipulative and will do what they can to butter you up so they can meet quotas. there is also extreme favoritism amongst certain managers. Corporate Employees and Executives view warehouse employees as mere peons and see you as a tool to pad their quotas. I've seen the CSO curse and yell at certain corporate employees during video meetings. Extremely unprofessional.

Benefits include 401k, health insurance, PTO Good opportunity to learn computer troubleshooting Working with incredibly smart people every day Fulfilling if you value refurbishing computers and donating a portion to those in need On-site management has a good understanding of daily operations & communicates well

Poor pay for the number of responsibilities expected of the position Few opportunities for advancement or pay increase Off-site management lacks communication with team on-site Uncertain future for the company - recent furlough and layoffs
