I worked a bit more than 3 months in PlanITROI, their software development team is the worst I´ve worked with in almost 20 years in the industry. I was victim of plagiarism, falsely accused many times, ghosted thousand times, all by kids with less than 5 years of experience. I even worked while having COVID just to hear that I did not work few days! It is almost impossible to know who has business knowledge, as the source code itself is a total mess of un maintainable garbage, full of code duplication, and all the bad programming practices all in one place. This makes data impossible to analyze, I sincerely don´t know how this business survives with that kind of mess. I guess these kids do this to "protect" their jobs.

This has to be the worse 6+ months of my life, High turnover, CEO and the Chief Resource Officer are pure micro managers. They have openings all the time, why,...TURNOVER. Most clients do not like them and do not want to have to deal with the CEO or CRO. most others are looking. They do not know how to treat people at all!!!!!!
