      Pros

      Great Culture with a growing company! Great leadership where issues are addressed right away. Company will listen to employees. Remote work for non operational roles.

      Cons

      Normal hiccups with a growing company. Some dated material during onboarding. Teammates are willing to jump in to help if you ask the question.

      Micromanagement and Deceptive

      Pros

      It was extremely local to me which made the commute easy.

      Cons

      The kind of company that has a very high turnover rate and is the literal definition of micromanagement. You are promised benefits when you work for them, but you won't get them unless you last a year with them. On average they cycle through designers every few months. You are often thrown under the bus when it comes to design briefs. A portfolio is need for the interviewing process. They pay you as if you are fresh out of college, while they are looking for a candidate that has over 5+ years of professional experience. Just look elsewhere for a graphic design job.
