Pros

Each person who works here is an integral part of the team, and leadership makes sure to make it known that all of our individual contributions are greatly appreciated. Compensation is the best I’ve seen, and they offer good benefits which are also affordable. We have clear goals and all the tools we need to accomplish them. And yes, remote work, the most popular requirement for most people these days, is available.

Cons

Lots of work and the deadlines are always lingering over you. Moving up the company ladder takes a lot of time.

Pros

Spectacular place to be if you are looking to grow in your career. The amount of support from management is just incredible—they truly want the best for their employees, and they show it every day through their care and guidance. I feel beyond fortunate to have landed a job at PlanITROI!

Cons

In my honest opinion, there are no real cons to working here. I’m sure I could find some weak spots that could use some improvement, but I’d rather let my managers know directly instead of writing about them online.
