Disrespectful as in curse you out if CEO does not like what he's hearing Overwork and belittle you, make you feel like you're always in the wrong NO HR, Accounting is expected to do everything High Turnover - why else are they always recruiting? Can't keep recruiters either If you have to label yourself as a great place to work, then most likely - YOU AREN'T Never ending BEVY OF MEETINGS

Teammates in the front office that work there besides the upper management are friendly and driven

Cons

Management is more of a hierarchy, rulers not leaders. Unrealistic expectations. Severe micromanaging- everything you’re working on has to be written down so they can micromanage- sometimes it takes longer to track than actually doing the tasks. Lots of last minute projects given at end of day. Long work day- minimum 9.5 hours This job broke my spirit... Nothing is ever good enough. You’re always wrong, even when you’re right. Benefits aren’t available until after 90 days

-HR is professional and respectful -Good sense of camaraderie among employees -Competitive pay and benefits

Cons

-Within the front office, the sporadic mood swings and short temper of the company ownership dictate the environment. -You will be asked to do seemingly useless and menial work constantly with little direction or training. -Micro management runs rampant. Must report exactly what you accomplished each and every day. Simply put, I wouldn't recommend anyone work here.
