Got to work part time here over the summer and it really worked with my schedule. The HR team worked around my other obligations and I really appreciated how flexible they were. I will work here again when I have time.

I worked a bit more than 3 months in PlanITROI, their software development team is the worst I´ve worked with in almost 20 years in the industry. I was victim of plagiarism, falsely accused many times, ghosted thousand times, all by kids with less than 5 years of experience. I even worked while having COVID just to hear that I did not work few days! It is almost impossible to know who has business knowledge, as the source code itself is a total mess of un maintainable garbage, full of code duplication, and all the bad programming practices all in one place. This makes data impossible to analyze, I sincerely don´t know how this business survives with that kind of mess. I guess these kids do this to "protect" their jobs.
