Micromanagement and Deceptive

It was extremely local to me which made the commute easy.

Cons

The kind of company that has a very high turnover rate and is the literal definition of micromanagement. You are promised benefits when you work for them, but you won't get them unless you last a year with them. On average they cycle through designers every few months. You are often thrown under the bus when it comes to design briefs. A portfolio is need for the interviewing process. They pay you as if you are fresh out of college, while they are looking for a candidate that has over 5+ years of professional experience. Just look elsewhere for a graphic design job.

I don’t have a single positive thing to say about this company.

Cons

I feel that the executive team is incompetent and cruel. From what I saw, they don’t have the experience, education or skills to run the company so they spend their time screaming at everyone else and firing people. No one reads emails; everything has to be on Teams calls on camera all day every day. I found leadership to be unproductive, inefficient, toxic and unethical. This place will destroy your mental health.
