Pros

Great way to get into the industry, get your licenses, and have a well-planned support structure for the start of your career. Managers are kind and look out for you, and push you to advance in the company after 2 years. Gets you a lot of customer service experience that will overall set the foundation for wherever you go. Company is growing and doing well overall, it seems.

Cons

High call volumes and busy work can be stressful, so know that going in. Lots of advisors and their clients can be difficult to work with for little reason. Relatively low pay, but it is a starting point. High turnover rate means your team is changing a lot, and that can be demotivating to see your colleagues leave. Technology can be finicky and you have to explain to people that it's just broken sometimes.
