Lots of reorganizing, management is constantly changing, upper management doesn’t take the day to day workers into consideration, terrible training for new hires

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback, I greatly value transparency and open communication from our team members. I am glad that you are enjoying working with the team, the flexible schedule and ability to work remotely. I would like to address your other comments.
We’ve invested this year in developing project management methodology and are working to refine the implementation processes with a goal to provide an exceptional customer experience with consistent results. Change is a process, and we believe that this progressive organizational change is setting us up to better support our team and our customers. In the refinement of the implementation process it also provided an opportunity to overhaul our training program for new hires. We continually survey our team members on their training experiences in addition to evolving needs to create learning offerings to support and grow individuals’ skill sets. As of early 2020 we’ve implemented role-based onboarding in addition to our company welcome (bootcamp) and product overview. We continue to grow our portfolio of training programs, inclusive of on-demand training via PlanSource University. Training will always remain as an area we’re intensely focused on with continuous improvement to ensure we provide the best experience possible to our new team members.
We are committed to keeping feedback channels open through every level of leadership at PlanSource so I would love to hear more from you about your experience and what you think we should be doing differently. Please feel free to reach out to me to set up a time to discuss.
Thank you,
Lisa Van Ever
