Pros
PlanSource is the first company I've worked for straight out of college. I had internships while in undergrad so I have a few other companies to compare them to. Genuinely, the company culture is absolutely amazing. My manager is very helpful, but not a micromanager at all. I have complete autonomy, but she is always there to help me if I need it. I'm never hesitant to ask any questions or ask for clarification if I don't understand something. Not just my manager, but ELT are also very transparent and encourage autonomy. It's a great company to work for, especially to get your foot into the industry.
Cons
The company is still moderately new so there are a few things that the company as a whole is still learning.
