      Pros

      PlanSource is all about growth and development, not only for the company itself but for each individual employee. We are seen as individual contributors and we are provided opportunities to succeed and show our potential with guidance from an esteemed management team. It's exciting to see the company go through changes & growth throughout the years. The executive leadership team has always been transparent and honest about the direction we are heading and they have always communicated the reasons a strategic decision may have been made. Work/life balance is at top importance & management encourages it. This also relates to the culture and values that are encouraged at PlanSource - we are a work family that support each other to achieve greatness in this industry!

      Cons

      Any growing company is going to feel and experience growing pains but it does not reflect the overall company mission or values. There is slight disconnect amongst departments when processes change or new processes are implemented.

      Great company, awesome co-workers, lots of learning!

      Pros

      I have literally learned at least 3-5 new things a day. It's a whole new world at Plansource, specially if you do not have benefits background. The work is challenging and keeps you interested. I find myself working from home just cause sometimes, because I truly enjoy my job. It is BUSY! If that's not your thing, you won't like it.

      Cons

      There is a LOT of work to be done during Q4. Be ready to put in 50hrs/wk minimum during busy times. It gets a little overwhelming, specially if you're new during that time, but it's manageable since everyone is willing to help. The only things I think could improve to make Plansource perfect are: - Medical insurance (a little too expensive and not the best) - Tuition Reimbursement (retain and develop your talent :) ) - Department specific training (the onboarding training is generic and does not prepare you for your role) - Revamped inhouse training resources/knowledge database (the training materials are very 1996 - long Word docs, etc. but I think this is on the works)

Yes, it is challenging and busy - and it will, at times, push you out of your comfort zone; however, that's how growth and innovation are fostered, and we certainly appreciate all that you've put into that growth and innovation - we are only who we are because of employees like YOU. Our culture is one where our busiest season is Q4 but - to your point - everyone is always willing to help! That is why we are so successful - because of our valued and outstanding employees!! Thanks for being a part of our family.
