      A modern, Innovative company with a great team moral and forward thinking management. Would recommend this employer for my friends and colleagues.

      Cons

      Would appreciate it if we could get a tuition reimbursement plan implemented to help pay for furthering my education and expanding my skills.

      Pros

      PlanSource has a great work environment; teamwork and creative approaches are encouraged. My immediate management is very supportive and trusts me as a professional to manage my clients and brokers. The product is easy to get behind with a lot of flexibility to meet clients' needs and it gets regular development updates to keep up with the ever-changing market.

      Cons

      Lack of formalized training - a lot comes from on-the-job training. When starting out, it can feel like you're flying by the seat of your pants. Benefits premiums are a bit on the high side. Workflow has its peaks and valleys with long hours for most of Q4, but this is understood coming into the job. Due to current company size, there's not a lot of opportunity for upward movement within the organization.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. The culture surrounding Plansource makes it a cool and exciting place to work, and the job itself offers a challenging and refreshing experience. Management is great, and pay is decent also.

      Cons

      Lack of initial training. Other than that, no complaints.
