      Pros

      I'm still in the first month of employment, but so far so GREAT! They are a healthy and growing company that has a killer product portfolio - all built on the same technology suite. Combined with the fact that healthcare is a hot industry topic right now, it's an exciting place to be.

      Cons

      They are a growing company so some processes and procedures are still undefined. But that's to be expected - personally, I'd rather be part of a growing company that still has to figure some stuff out than a stagnant company that is over-processed.

      Pros

      You will be faced with a great challenge everyday, testing your intellect and skills, while allowing you to grow and use new technology to push the PlanSource Platform.

      Cons

      Compared to some of the other companies, the benefits are average. Also the distance between offices seems to cause a little bit of disconnect in "team work".

      Pros

      I love the building and the modern facility that Plansource provides for it's employees, they provide parking to all employees or pay for monthly Sunrail pass,they offer a benefit package that is in line with Industry standards and still provide a few nice perks for employees during "Annual Open Enrollment" and through out the year with morale boosting events and activities.

      Cons

      With the new growth in the company recently my position has become overwhelming, but I am able to communicate with my manager and work to see changes made.
