When PlanSource sold to Vista in 2019, new executive leadership entered. There is much disconnect and conflict between the new and the old. Lots of gossip, backstabbing, secrets, and overall negativity/toxicity. Felt like a den of narcissism to put it most simply. A few great leaders, some really poor ones who are only out for themselves. Sales department thinks they are superior to all other departments. Disconnected leadership teams are hard to work with. Below market salaries. Wouldn't recommend to a friend.
