Pros

-Ongoing R&D investment and investment in people and infrastructure -There is a lot of opportunity in the industry for technology to make an impact -The company is small enough where individuals can really make an impact and a culture that is focused on change and transformation. I've been with the company more than 5 years. I appreciate that the company is results-driven and as a working mom I'm given the flexibility I need to "make life work" which has been challenging especially in the last year.

Cons

Seasonality of the business - HUGE Q4 spike due to open enrollment is tough, especially on customer-facing teams

Great Company - A few growing pains

Pros

PlanSource has been a great experience thus far! My particular department has been busy, but I enjoy the pace at which I work at. Additionally, there is so much growth happening at PlanSource, so professional upward mobility is highly likely. PS: Recruiters Liz and Kristen were wonderful through the process of interviewing last year!

Cons

The company is growing at a fast rate, which can leave some areas not as equipped to deal with the quick work volume increase.
