Solid benefits technology. Great inside sales team.

Cons

I'd give a ZERO if that was an option. Too many to list. Toxic culture, commission structure "as you go and based on the mood of leadership" in this position. You basically have 90 days to produce, or the warnings begin. There's an "in the club" mentality there around tenured employees and their protected. If you're not part of the club, your time will be short lived. Everything about this place is wrong, starting at the top.

I would like to address a couple of things you pointed out. PlanSource is a high-growth company and with high-growth comes high expectations; that culture is not for everyone. We do have certain expectations for employees that start at a higher level within the company, but we are always open and honest about those expectations up front.
