      Pros

      You have a chance to really make a positive difference here. Have never worked in a place where employee voice matters as much as it does at PlanSource. The work is specific. Hybrid approach is very employee centered. New benefit additions (unlimited PTO, país disability and unlimited sick time) make it clear that PlanSource wants employees to take care of themselves to deliver good work!

      Cons

      Comp is coming along- but in reality I see this is a con in most comodines who are dealing with inflation.

      Pros

      - New growth and development opportunities - Employee resource groups for all kinds - Hybrid work environment/flex Fridays during the summer - Recent improvements to benefits like unlimited vacation, sick time and great family leave benefits for our working moms and dads - Employee surveys with real results - Leadership is focused on the people

      Cons

      No cons in my experience but there is a noticeable shift - with new leadership and an evolving culture, everyone feels it. Change is hard but it's necessary for growth and we're creating a new path to achieve greatness - TOGETHER.

      Pros

      I work with a great team. The work environment has always been great within PlanSource both in office and remote. I have felt valuable and been able to promote within the company which is awesome.

      Cons

      I don't really have a downside to speak of at this time. I really love this company and my job.
