Pros

I have worked with Planet DDS for over 4 years and it only gets better. With every "growth" period, they make sure to inform you how your position helped them get there. Management maintains an open door policy where you can feel comfortable asking for assistance at any time! Truly- a place to thrive as a professional.

Cons

As the company grows significantly, a lot of changes within the software can occur. I can only see this being a challenge if one does not adjust well to change. Otherwise, it's just a setup for professional growth.

An over all great group of people. Ethical, desire to make the customer experience as positive as possible. Flexible and understand that a great team environment is better for employees and clients.

Cons

Benefits package is not incredible, but they are trying to improve that.

Flexible timings, every thing planned and discussed before the event. Freedom to work on what you love - ex: I've incorporated newer and cutting edge technologies like SPAs (single page applications) using pure javascript AJAX back in the days when jquery was not even a budding technology...

Cons

Smaller development team meant faster development cycles with no room for mistakes.
