The core values of the company are followed: Collaborative, Empathetic, Accountable, Trustworthy, Ambitious. My manager is kind and her manager is also. Small company feel. Interview process was virtual and was professional. Everyone gets treated the same here - very equitable environment. I have all the technology I need to do my job. Love this job!

- Excellent people across the organization both horizontally and vertically - Clear and transparent communication on company goals, health, progress and vision - Role dependent, but in my experience, there is a healthy work/life balance and encouragement from leadership to take time away from work to recharge - Clear goal setting initiatives and progress tracking - Continuous effort to enable growth for employees

Cons

- Some departments do not get as many opportunities as others to get together in person while many employees work remotely. - Career progression within the company can be foggy - High level leadership turnover can be tough to navigate at middle management level or front-line worker level
