Here groups run the Organization Every employee is not treated same. Makes false promises Development teams are of not good health. Stupid management Incapable management. Poor people management Org. Lost a good person

Pros

Good work environment. Good people both NL and India. Management realized late but took much needed decision.

Cons

Camp created by some former senior employee. These people are vitiating the environment now. For example a review is written just a day after someone left, how can in one day complete environment change? Company is built on good values not on individuals hence it will remain a great place whoever is at helm. This camp is trying to spread fear and spoiling the environment. High salaries to only people in the Camp others suffer for voicing their opinion. Now things should change.
