      The Management at the NL knows its goals. Steady growth every year.

      Cons

      Some immature employees ruin the workplace in India. The culture gets vitiated because them.

      Pros

      Some good people in the company but definitely not those at the top. Pity they have to endure bad behaviour for the sake of a paycheck.

      Cons

      Unprofessional regional MD takes every opportunity to 'joke'/mention that what employees say will count towards their performance 'appraisal'. Values only those that will listen and carry out orders obediently. If you have a mind, this isn't the place to be. Great if you would like a simple job of following orders and enduring temper tantrums.
