Pros

i) Planon takes care of you really good ( Stuffs like marathon , party on every quarter, festival Celebrations are notable) ii) Work-life balance is awesome iii) No hierarchy and employees are super friendly iv) Appraisal is really good

Cons

i) The technology being used is really out of date , they have a framework and you have to use it , so no spring , no new programming language that are in the market

A very pleasant working atmosphere, despite the growth a lot of attention is paid to the staff. A lot of opportunities for further growth. Pleasant company culture, respectful and open. Planon is in full development and always takes an extra step. Enthusiastic and ambitious staff
