      Pros

      Well maintained work life balance. Everyone is treated equally and encouraged to work on innovation projects. Decent pay even when not asked. Management always ensures to keep the pay on par with the market.

      Cons

      Nothing specific although for some people the office area seems to be away from hi tech area. In a way, it is good to be away from the busy places and also a nice view of huge park

      Pros

      Perfect for Work-Life balance. Managers are very supportive, they actually listen to employees concerns. Very friendly colleagues. Best thing is no Micro management, best place to explore and freedom to work on your way. If you are innovative, your thoughts will be recognized for sure. I had to leave organisation due to personal reasons and would love to join back when time comes again.
