Pros

Everyone is generally nice, with some exceptions. I wish I could come up with more pros for working here, but I honestly cannot. This may be a departmental difference, however - some people are very happy here. Most people in my department are not.

Cons

Terrible management from just about everyone in management roles. No commending for successes, yet you will definitely know when management is not happy - and they rarely are. Most people in my department that have quit Planview have quit because of a certain boss. Zero raises and zero bonuses during my time at Planview. I have talked to other employees in my department with the same story.

I enjoyed working for Planview. A well run company, that has a good focus on customers' needs both from a product and delivery perspective.

Cons

Salaries and benefits are not the best, but not too far from expected in either case. No annual salary increases so difficult to get any increases if you stay in the same role.
