It's an ok place

Pros

It's a comfortable place to work. Most of the people are nice. Management are nice folks all in all. It is the sort of place I would work at again.l

Cons

The code base is a mess. Not enough folks. They sell the product for too little money and then have to wast inordinate amount of time doing support. Many forks and spin offs of product.

Pros

It's a stable company, requesting reasonable hours from its employees. Good benefits, good place to hide out long term if you're not ambitious. Most people very nice to work with, come up with good ideas, and execute on them reasonably well.

Cons

Management tolerates high level of nastiness among its employees if they're perceived as essential. The products themselves are getting outdated and unmaintainable, with little apparent interest from upper management in major changes.
