Pros

The benefits like pension, friskvarbidrag and base salary. Great international colleagues, but there are some backstabbers in there so you need to watch out.

Cons

Sales managers micromanage their teams and also step on each other to get promotions even in higher sales roles. Everyone on the tech side of the office could feel the tense energy on the sales side of the office.
