Pros

Good wlb and culture is good No micro management

Cons

Things dont move fast and there is alot of internal politics on who is responsible for what. Leadership does nothing to resolve this

Great company with flexible work/life balance

Pros

There are so many great people to work with here. Your experience definitely depends on the team and projects you work on, but our team works with interesting projects and modern technologies. Planview provides plenty of tools to continue learning and many programs outside of work are available as well. Nice salary and benefits are a plus. Huge emphasis on work-life balance and servant leadership here.

Cons

Some growing pains as we continue to undergo acquisitions. Had a freeze on merit increases in order to prevent layoffs, but still had some later that year. No annual bonuses or stock options. Ambiguity on career growth as an engineer at the company.
