Pay is pretty good. Dining area is clean. Minimal thinking required

Cons

Certain employees forced to work harder than others Overtime is mandatory some weeks. Shady management No Air Conditioning (Gets hot during summer) Getting paired with certain employees gets annoying

PI is a great company that cares about its employees across all levels. On the production side of the company it has experienced and understanding leadership that works with individuals to improve their skills and always tries to promote from within.

Cons

Like any manufacturing job the days can get long after standing for 10+ hours.

Great bonuses, small family owned business, expanding rapidly, #1 thermoformer in the country, has great benefits, some people genuinely care about your well being, World class Safety, they really care about helping you move up in the company and grow as a professional individual

Cons

Favoritism, Revolving door with Human Resources, Very strict attendance policy (no personal leave, you have to have hours to take a day off), lots of drama on the plant level, you have to get everything in writing because there are a lot of empty promises at times
